This website, five9.media, is operated by Five9 Media (“Five9 Media,” “we,” “us”), a creative agency located at 1607 Hart St, Suite 100, Southlake, TX 76092, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), and your device and browser type.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated software. Turnstile examines technical signals from your browser and device to do this.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information through this site.

• To read and respond to messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of companies to run this site. They process information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare provides the Turnstile spam check on the contact form.
• Google provides Google Analytics and the web fonts used on some pages. Loading those fonts sends your IP address to Google.

Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. Cloudflare Turnstile may also store a small amount of data in your browser to complete its check. We do not use cookies for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works without analytics cookies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained by Google for a limited period set in our analytics account. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Depending on where you live, for example in certain U.S. states, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Children

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International visitors

Five9 Media is based in the United States, and the providers listed above may process information in the United States and other countries. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
